Accommodation was efficient and spotless, rooms were well heated. Fabulous staff was quick to help in every way. Our room had a nice bed and a particularly nice view. Lots of amazing food for meals. Prime location relatively near times square. And it was a short walk to a subway station.

Traditional place to stay while in New York City. Everything was good, liked our best stay. Beautiful area, brilliant location. The staff were very pleasant and also had a sense of humor. Efficient check-in and excellent customer service.

Best staff, big rooms and excellent location. I booked a room with a large bed, climate control, soundproof windows and closet space. Breakfast offered variety of options and was nice hot. Spotless and INTERESTING hotel in Manhattan district. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the rooftop bar.

We loved this bright hotel. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, sound-proofed windows and closet space. The views were magnificent!
